The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Tampa Bay , is a nonprofit and all volunteer organization for individuals, family and friends of those who have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, depression and other affective disorders. (note: bipolar was formerly known as manic depression).
We provide peer bipolar and depression support group meetings through out the Tampa Bay area, an educational lecture series, this informative web site, and an excellent newsletter.
Please refer to our depression and bipolar support group schedule to find a support meeting that is convenient to you. All that you need to do is show up. You do not need to pay dues to attend our meetings. Dress is very casual. The meetings follow a relaxed format and are led by your peers who have been trained to effectively facilitate the meetings.

This exhibition is collaborative effort of many talented local artists who wish to share one common message; a message of hope, beauty and inspiration, all of which were snuffed out too soon by unspeakable pain. Each striking image portrays a moment and a soul lost to us forever. Photography by Melissa Wilson and Joshua Hamel with digital imagery by Melissa Wilson under the art direction of April Bender.
Donations will benefit the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance.
